Jitrapadu’s Rapid Deployment System, RDS, is designed to help clients deploy telecommunication structures with less site complexity and shorter setup time. Instead of relying only on conventional cast-in-place concrete foundations, RDS uses a steel-base foundation with interlocking precast concrete blocks.
This system is suitable for tight timelines, constrained locations, temporary coverage needs and sites where future relocation may be required. It is one of Jitrapadu’s key innovations and has been recognised as a practical solution for faster telco infrastructure deployment.

Steel-base foundation with interlocking concrete blocks, designed to reduce reliance on conventional cast-in-place foundation works.

Suitable for selected light-duty deployments where one operator is required.

Medium-duty options can support selected two-operator deployment needs.

Selected 24m medium-duty configurations can be designed for higher sharing capacity.

RDS footing solutions can be adapted for selected tower structures, including light-duty tower deployments.
Our Steps
Step 1:
We review the location, space constraints, required coverage, number of operators and urgency of deployment.
Step 2:
The right pole height, load-bearing category, base size and foundation configuration are selected based on project requirements.
Step 3:
Our engineering team checks the structural design, load requirements and foundation suitability before fabrication begins.
Step 4:
Pole sections and base components are fabricated at our in-house factory to match the approved configuration.
Step 5:
Precast concrete blocks are prepared for the RDS base system, reducing the need for conventional wet works on site.
Step 6:
The deployment area is prepared with the required platform, access and positioning for the RDS base.
Step 7:
The steel-base foundation and interlocking concrete blocks are assembled according to the approved layout.
Step 8:
The structure is installed section by section, with alignment and safety checks carried out during erection.
Step 9:
Telco equipment, cabinet components and related accessories are installed according to the site requirement.
Step 10:
After final inspection and handover, the structure can be maintained or relocated if the project requires future redeployment.
RDS is suitable for clients who need reliable telecommunication infrastructure with faster setup, flexible foundation options and reduced site disruption.
